| Description: | Using our “Cosmodome” mobile planetarium theatre we come to your school during the day and display the solar system and the stars in our inflatable dome in an amazing 3D format that has never been available up to now. CosmoDome is Australia's first complete mobile 'Imax type' theatre system - the technology supported by Swinburne Uni Astrophysics Dept delivers a totally new concept in interactive visual education and entertainment! Our experienced presenters provide an interactive display that will captivate and educate the students in a manner that is both highly educational as well as a lot of fun. Our unique state of the art software program allows us to ‘fly’ to any part of the solar system that the students may wish to see. We will show you more about the night sky and the movement of the earth than you could ever possibly see with a night excursion. If you are planning to study space units in your classes then this display will prove incredibly informative for your students and teachers. |
