Includes: Cyber Bullying, Digital Citizenship, Positive Behaviours. As citizens of the planet Arkon, Lil and Archie are shielded from feelings of anger, frustration, joy, and jealousy. Through a twist of fate and a malfunction of circuitry they are zapped to earth and into the lives of two 12 year olds. Faced with a myriad of emotionally laden relationships and situations they’re tempted to hit back with fists, social websites, email and instant messaging. When they indulge in cyber bullying they feel hurt and alienation, then experience empathy and regret. To survive and navigate their way back to Arkon they must learn to manage their emotions and control their impulses. Winner of the Frater Award for 10 consecutive years. This organisation won the PinS Award in 2010 & 2011. |
