Rising Generations is a not-for-profit organisation established to equip young people with dynamic leadership capabilities. We deliver a range of dynamic and life-changing leadership training programs for both primary and secondary schools. The programs are skills based and assist students to develop and identify their own leadership potential. Topics covered include building relationships, decision making and peer pressure, influence, personal excellence and motivation, vision and goal setting, teamwork and problem solving. Our programs provide a fun, interactive and hands on approach to learning by using team challenges, music and multimedia, games and activities and group discussions. Our programs are tailored for the needs of each individual school. We also offer specialist SRC training, peer support training, Prefects programs, our Year 9/10 Girl and Guy Self Esteem Programs, Celebrating Sisterhood and Mighty Men and our annual Australian National Leadership Camp (NLC). |
